The machines are tested and approved to function at a maximum temperature of 150 °C - 4,5 bar pressure - with air cushion (external bath recycling available on request) at liquor ratios from 1/3 to 1/9. Water consumption is limited thanks to the air cushion that ensures the same liquor ratio for partial loads as for full capacity loads. The oversized centrifuge propulsor unit has pneumatically operated bath cycle invertor. The machine is a compact vertical cylinder entirely constructed in AISI 316 stainless steel. High quality output with minimum labour cost is ensured by optimal energy consumption as well as perfectly reproducible cycles thanks to the process automation system and the accurate control and reprogramming of such variable parameters as capacity, bath volume and pH factor.
